Service is managed by Stephanie Rieck. Competence and friendliness underline the Hansen-Service-Team. Whether the guests need information about Rendsburg, the surrounding area, cruise ships or events in Rendsburg, or maps for bicycle paths, hiking trails or pilgrim paths, the service team of the Hansen Hotel can help. The service team is also helpful concerning, for example, toothbrushes, or the drying of hiking gear. Should a guest desire a packed lunch, it will naturally be packed according to their wishes.
