The bright and modern Hansen's Restaurant has space for about 60 guests.
Managed by Andreas Rieck, an upscale home-style cuisine is offered. Fresh produce is a requirement and regional products are preferred.
On the menu you can find steaks from the lava grill, fish dishes and vegetarian dishes throughout the year.
During springtime, asparagus, strawberries, Maischolle (may plaice) and herring are additional delicacies. Summer brings crisp salads, home-smoked fish and delicious pasta dishes. Autumn pampers with venison, like roast saddle and haunch. Duck, goose, carp and green cabbage are on the menu throughout winter.
